Pasadena, CA - Carole Tremblay, CFRE will join La Salle High School as Director of Institutional Advancement on July 1, 2008. Carole brings with her a wealth of fundraising experience. Over the course of the last 20 years Carole has served as a development consultant or Chief Development Officer for non-profits such as Saint Anne’s, the Daughters of Mary & Joseph, the Sisters of Saint Joseph of Carondelet, Ramona Convent Secondary School, and the Ronald McDonald House of Los Angeles.

In addition to her deep experience in fundraising, Carole has served as a Lecturer at the University of California, Los Angeles and California State University, Northridge, specializing in Annual and Capital Campaigns.  Carole is a certified fundraising executive and a member of the Southern California Planned Giving Roundtable.

A native of Ottawa, Canada, Carole speaks fluent French and is known to read French-language novels for recreation. Her California native husband persuaded Carole that Southern California weather beats periodic snow storms. Since her move to the “Lower 48”, Carole has become a naturalized citizen.  Unrelated to the search process, Carole’s daughter will join the La Salle High School Class of 2012 in August.
