Reunion Reps

A Fifty Year Reunion is such a milestone that we couldn't fit all the celebrating into one weekend so we have two!  On May 27, 2010 the Class of 1960 will be presented with their Golden Diplomas in front of the student body followed by a private reception and lunch. Invitations for this event will be mailed in late April. This event is complimentary.

Two weeks later you will be invited back to join your fellow Class of 1960 classmates for your Fifity Year Reunion Weekend Celebration.  The weekend starts with a cocktail reception on Friday, June 11th at The Valley Hunt Club in Pasadena. This will be a chance for you to catch up on where life has taken all of you over the last fifty years.  Brother Mel Anderson, FSC, is going to be in attendance and he looks forward to seeing his former students as you celebrate this milestone reunion.  The celebration continues on Saturday evening when you join the other classes from your era for the Decade of the ‘60s Reunion on La Salle’s campus which will includes the Classes of 1960-1969. Reconnect with schoolmates, former teammates, old buddies and past teachers and go on a tour to see how much the campus has grown since you roamed the halls.  When the dinner chime rings you will enter the La Salle Dining Pavilion for dinner.  Memorabilia and pictures from the ’60s will be on display and your favorite sixties tunes will be playing courtesy of Dan Randolph '65 and his band The Weasels.  Between the socializing, joke telling and recollection of high school stories, reunion gifts will be handed out and class photos will be taken.  The evening is yours to enjoy with those who shared in your high school experience and to reconnect with your Alma Mater!

To get yourself in the reunion mood, take a minute and flip through your yearbook and try to recall the names, faces and events you see pictured.  Chances are you will remember people and occurrences that you have completely forgotten about- memories that you and your classmates shared together.  Official invitations for the Reunion Weekend Celebration will be mailed in May so don’t delay in sending back those response cards!  Additional reunion info is being sent via email so please update your email address with the Alumni Office today at 626.696.4362 or alumni@lasallehs.org.

Tickets for the Reunion Weekend Celebration are $85 per person. Ticket price includes both the Friday and Saturday night events. Friday night includes a hosted beer and wine reception with heavy hors d'oeuvres.  Saturday night include hosted beer and wine, dinner, entertainment, class photo, reunion gift and much, much more.
